CLIENT TESTIMONIAL

"In a context where AI is playing an increasingly important role in our professions, it is essential to distinguish between hype and truly value-creating applications. Thanks to the workshop led by Céline, we were able to clarify our challenges both business-related and sector-specific and identify concrete action plans. Céline provides an expert and structured perspective: a thorough analysis of needs, benchmarking of best practices, and an assessment of the maturity of our processes in relation to AI. Her approach is pragmatic, free of empty rhetoric, and focused on practical application. At the end of the workshop, we left with solutions that can be implemented in the short and medium term to engage our teams and accelerate our projects. A real added value, perfectly suited to our challenges. I highly recommend her services."

The Challenge

80% of an industrial group's carbon footprint sits in the supply chain (Scope 3) with supplier data still largely incomplete. Facing a tight regulatory timeline : CSRD, ESPR/DPP, CSDDD and validated SBTi commitments, companies must rapidly structure a coherent supplier data foundation and a cross-functional AI strategy.

The challenge: turn these regulatory constraints into a lasting competitive advantage, by leveraging best-in-class sector practices.

Approach

Form

The engagement was structured in three phases: a thorough diagnostic of data and AI maturity, a sector benchmark comparing the approaches of leading players, followed by the construction of a prioritized roadmap integrating both regulatory constraints and competitive opportunities.

The analysis showed that while ambition and governance are often on par with peers, companies need to build a coherent supplier data foundation and a cross-functional AI strategy to meet Scope 3 commitments and anticipate the extension of the digital product passport to their industry by 2028–2030.
